3. Move! Dance, hike, swim, play, do yoga, make love! Moving the body feels great and keeps you healthy and happy. Any type of activity that gets your blood flowing will release happiness endorphins.

4. Spend more time with people you love and enjoy. notice who in your life uplifts you and seek them out. Spend less energy on those who bring you down.

5. Practice your smile! Laugh! Watch funny movies. Laughing and smiling also release feel good endorphins. Do it with your lover, or a friend, or with your lifelong besty, your self!
